Light Framed

On this evening, I walked along the boardwalk between Venice beach and the amazing beachfront houses to meet Andy and his co-workers at High, the rooftop bar at Hotel Erwin (a place we stayed several times on earlier trips). The view from up there is amazing, but I really enjoyed this scenery along the way. The sun was getting ready to set and the wind was fierce, causing drifts in the sand and blowing a fine mist of it along the top, but it’s still clear enough to see the mountains in the distance and the blue sky.
