Day #66

Yesterday was technically the end of our vacation, but Andy and I took another day to make it home. We rested in Denver last night. Nice hotel, little shopping, good dinner and drinks and recouping. This morning we drove through Cherry Creek to a store that had the Herman Miller chairs that Andy wanted to try out. It was an absolutely beautiful, sunny, 70-something degree day and we couldn’t resist staying for lunch and a look around.

My friend Sam, who’s from the area, recommended her favorite nearby restaurant: Cucina Colore, and dessert and Yogurt Guru. We visited both and were not disappointed! 🙂 After that it was really time to it the road… 7 hours across CO and KS…
