I’ve been trying a few new recipes lately. I’m usually guilty of getting in a rut with the same old things week after week. Which is easy, and fine. But, I figured the new year was a good time to dig into the cook books (and Pinterest recipes) I keep acquiring.
Today’s experiment was a crock pot chicken tortilla soup. I edited it a bit, as I tend to do, but overall it came out nice. It was a new twist on the staple mexican ingredients we survive on!
