Yesterday I tried out a new recipe – a cheesy/veggie lasagna. The first meal I’ve tried from the Hungry Girl cook book I bought months also. It was actually really delicious, especially for under 300 calories per serving!
I made a double batch, because left over lasagna is a must. Of course we ate the “pretty” one before I remembered to take a photo. So this is the day-old, less-pretty one, made in the strange pan, shot with an iPhone… after a few bites. 😉
