We were late deciding on what to do for Thanksgiving, since we just stayed home this year, but we finally opted for a full dinner and went shopping for supplies. I decided to throw in an extra treat – cream cheese filled pumpkin muffins. They didn’t come out of the oven until late, but we had a taste test, and saved the rest for breakfasts over the holiday. Yum!
