I tried a new food today, in part inspired by the blog Picky Niki, – a Blood orange. I have no idea why I’ve never had one (or maybe I have and just don’t remember) because I love oranges… and mandarins/clementines, tangerines, and tangelos! It was delicious!
The colors were a little bit confusing to my taste buds, but the variated shades of bright orange, red, and deep burgundy made it beautiful inside and out.
