Just on my way to go shopping, looked over, and and loved this composition. Here's to this new, funny, European, city life!
Being gone for a month was tough - I missed this guy! So glad to be back! This week's photo is a selfie (ha, I know!) of us on a date night celebrating my return.
I was lucky to be able to visit my sister in Charleston, SC at the end of my US trip. We got to do all kinds of fun stuff around the city, but one of my favorites was a downtown historic tour by Alice! Great stories and great sights! Here's a fun shot of the 4 corners.
I was happy to be home for my Grandma's 92nd birthday this year! What an accomplishment... especially for someone who can get around on her own, goes to church nearly daily (but also finds time to golf and gamble), and is sharp as a tack!
...I was thrilled to spend two weeks with the women of Sigma Kappa and help them through this busy and exhausting, but exciting time. After the last round finished they ran across the street for some more group photos, not just near, but IN the fountain at the gardens! Here's one of their executive council...
This week I headed back to the US to advise recruitment at my sorority and alma mater. For many years they have taken a chapter and class photos at the start and I've had the pleasure of taking these photos for 5 years and this one was one of my favorites - a "crazy" shot of the senior pledge class. Aren't they adorable?!..
... The first stop on our first Ireland road trip was to the Rock of Cashel and the second was the Cliffs of Moher on the west coast. One great example of historic architecture, the other stunning scenery! Here's just one of the many photos from the trip: the Cliffs of Moher from an evening boat cruise.
... Our new apartment is in the area of Dublin called Rathmines. We're told it's nice, young, has lots going on, and is a good location. So far we've found that to be true. Looking forward to getting to know our new home better!
